Multiple posters on here warned you that the ''honey moon'' with Knight would last about 6 months and it's about that time isn't it? They tried to warn you that Knight was a low life company that didn't give a sheet about their drivers or equipment! There are soooo many threads on here about how bad Knight is and how they screwed over multiple drivers vs the few 'good' threads about Knight (as compared to other big bottom feeders that have even number good/bad threads)
Yes there will be some that will get on at those bottom feeders somehow somewhere....but you went on and on about how great Knight was and now you see the true side of the company.
I wish you luck and hope you get on with someone better soon. -

I beat that, I lasted two months at Arrow! -
####! So this is what I have to look forward to? I'm still in Squire but only have 12,000 more miles 'til I get into the fleet. Not looking forward to that at all now. I have next to no experience so I guess I'll just stick it out. Hey, Smaggs, I thought that was your truck in Fontana. I park there when I go home. The Fontana shop is pretty quick with the simple stuff. Just had an A service done but they said I have to take it back to Phoenix for my coolant leak. Bummer!

I probably shouldn't walk. I need a good record. Things tend to only go haywire if too many people in the office try to get their hands on me for something at once.
I'm not really a quitter. I had my mind set on lasting one or two years minimum with Knight.
My dispatcher just gave me a really good 2100 mile run.
San Francisco to Memphis, TN. I'll see how this goes and see if I can keep getting some longer runs.
Not everyone's experience is the same. I talk to Knight drivers everyday that have been with Knight for 5-15 years and they love it.
I'll stick around for now... I just get really frustrated when I hit brick walls.
Plus, my girlfriend really wants to see me keep a good employment history in the trucking industry. I might move on to Trader Joe's and move back to the east coast when I'm done doing my time.
The one thing I keep forgetting is that the first year is the hardest. Big beginner companies suck... but we all have to start somewhere.
I'm just gonna try to stay focused and take it with a grain of salt when I don't like something.
Plus, I got a huge helping hand from the elog guy in Phoenix, which I wasn't expecting.
As easy as it would be to just walk and blow off my student loan payments, I should stick it out and bail once I find something better after I do my year. -
Yeah my truck was in Fontana... what gave it away? The angry birds pig in my window or what?

I cried when Smaggs cried and laughed when Smaggs laughed. Kind of like how Bastian followed Atreyu & the other characters through the world of Fantasia as it was being threatened by a force called "The Nothing."
I was only hoping that the thread would finish like the movie with Smaggs & his refeer Knight rig soaring triumphantly off onto the highway with a narrator revealing that Smaggs made many more wishes and had many amazing adventures with Knight.
