Thanks for the candid snapshot.
I've been through the orientation before...talking to other drivers scared me off. I understand that it's a high turn-over and the company has to make a profit. But one would hope that the scales would tip a little more in the driver's direction. I don't much care for the thought of working for free and if that's the case, I'll just move on down the road and do something else. Thankfully, I have that choice.
Are you still driving for them??
