You should be fine, it's not too bad the trick is to keep on breathing deep as you're doing each activity since they check your pulse after each exercise.

So do they only check your heart rate or do they check your blood pressure too?

Left Lebanon, TN this morning. 692 miles later here I sit in Harrisburg, PA. Gonna get a 34 then head to NYC Monday morning.

AZS may can correct me on this but if I remember right they check your pulse rate after every activity, and check your blood pressure before and after the entire test.

Oh ok. My Bp is just good enough to pass the 2 year pyshical (its sometimes borderline) but what happens if my bp is high? Does that mean they will fail me?

I think you are allowed a certain percentage over. Its been 6 months since I done it, my brain don't go back that far.

Muscles come when he hits puberty :biggrin_2559:

They do take your BP after every "test" but I didn't hear anything about a % over or anything if you fail (did mine mid APR). I'm not overweight so I didn't really have that concern to ask though.

I just did my first oversize & delivered yesterday... nothing to write home about though. It was only 9.5' wide but required pemits the whole way to MI. But, I got a question. When I roll into the scales if given the bypass (like I was in AR, IN, & MI) can I take it or do I have to roll over the plates in the event they want to check my permits? I took the bypass and was never chased down so I was never sure.

I'm the same way with my BP, but it always goes up the first time they check it cuz I get white coat syndrome. The second time I'm always at acceptable levels.

It sounds similar to roehls physical test. They just wanna make sure your heart don't explode from lifting a tarp haha.

I'm sure you'll do fine bro!

When I run Oversized I always stop at the scales. Have had some ask if I had my permit. When I answered yes they never even checked just told me to have a good day.
