I'd be betting man and saying he is and he's taking it to the Manchester Terminal. :)

I like the home time with the Freeport Project but the pay is going to STINK!!! 5 loads a paycheck with 650 miles per load. Yeah, that isn't going to pay the minimal amount of bills I have. That's $1300 gross. After taxes, insurance, etc, I'll be lucky to clear $600.

Crates of parts should be what you are picking up. Should be a relatively easy load.

Dont feel bad man... Last time i was there it was during a snowstorm. No problems on the slick roads... It was the truckstop that I got stuck in and took 4 of us to dig a path around me. i hate winter...

i scored a garland-houston load, as expected. I needed an oil change & lucy was a bit peeved it wasnt scheduled over hometime. So she connected me to maintence... Well they needed my miledge. So I rushed in to get it and suggested heading to Pete across the highway from the yard... Well they dont use Pete for oil changes and wanted a TA or Petro... 45 mi in Dallas, so I had to call ops back.

Well I was told they wont dispatch me till ive had it done. Arg. But I suggested grabbing a trailer and taking t with so I wouldnt have to drive 45 mi back just to head back easy to pickup since I suspected it would be a garland run. Well.. The planner was in a meeting so I had to wait 30 min before they dispatched me and sen me for the change. Apparently I made sense... Lol

yup pretty much that, the VA scales had me sit for literally two minutes on it before giving me the green light, I had to have been right around 80k when I got there. Sweated a bit on that one.

Yeah, not too bad of a load, except this darn boom sheave that had me questioning myself. That's to Mystikal for the help with that. I ended up using straps instead of chains. I forgot all about my 2" straps which I swapped places with on three 4" ones so id be able to use the three 4"ers for the sheave, and not worry about damaging it.
But now im in Blytheville, AR with 13hrs left and its 11 and some change down there... hmm I might end up just going to the houston yard and doing a reset there and see about having this repowered for the drop on thurs. Have I mentioned that I hate this elog system were on? And not to mention, since I just started im "technically" on paper logs which show me having 26hrs left? Haha.

Your paper logs override the elogs. Not sure why you have such a wide differential between them, but until you apply those black stickers on your truck, your paper logs are all DOT can go by.

I have no idea why there's a large hours difference either. Oh well, I'm at the houston yard, got in last night and taking a reset here and going to deliver on Friday morning so I can beat feet all weekend. Lol.
