Permits has a blanket permit for the long wheelbases. Then we have the rear-axle collapsable spreads so we run tandems at the border. Everyone collapsed theirs before loading but i keep mine apart until Shelby MT. those winds blowing across WY and MT can be a pain so it helps stabilize the trailer a bit in my opinion.

lol I stopped by the house for a night on my way from Anaheim to Ft. Worth because I have FOUR days to get it there and I get a voicemail reminding me to leave early enough tomorrow for my Monday delivery. Can't build no credit with this company.

Lone Star orientation tomorrow! Worried about this elog thing. Maybe I'll get used to it? The good out weighs the bad. Hmm, haven't heard no bad! Got a good feeling about this!

Once you get the hang of the elog system, it won't be an issue at all. Good luck at orientation. Tell Ron we all say hi. Haha

I unload with Lone Star drivers every Monday morning at Atlas Copco in Garland. Big stuff there. I like the no tolerence policy for the OD drivers on permit speed limits. To many OD loads speeding. Helped many them fold there fitted sheetrock tarps. What a drag using those dudes!

Well, picked up in Irvine, PA this morning, and have a second pick up here in New Castle, PA but the appointment isn't until 9pm and the eariest ill be let in is 8pm, so here I sit at the pilot waiting with about 5 other trucks headed to the same place.

Oh yeah, and it snowed 1-2" last night.. where the heck is spring?
