No news on the blade training front, been doing some shooort loads lately, three in a row to be exact which is a first since I've been here. When I unloaded that CA load in Ft. Worth I got told to head to Copperas Cove (just south of Waco) to take some construction stuff to Houston. Met a few other Lonestar trucks down there and we all delivered those the next day, couple hours later I get a load from Houston to Laredo and as I'm driving by the shipper the load gets canceled. I drive back to the truck stop 25 miles away and no sooner do I get parked another dispatch, this time Galveston to Laredo...I'm in NW Houston and no way I can make it there in just under two hours, so I drive to Baytown and pick up the next am, or so I thought, paperwork was all messed up so I sat and sat and sat, finally got loaded at almost five in the evening. Was out of hours by then so I stayed in Galveston, left 0 dark thirty this am and delivered that today at noon. I had a dispatch waiting and it turns out to be from the Laredo yard going to Victoria, 186 miles full tarp. Took three tarps to cover that and now I'm in Encinal waiting to leave at 0 dark thirty again to deliver this first thing in AM. Jamie said he'll get me a NC cat load or something if I'm not needed in Houston tomorrow. Good, getting too much excercise. :biggrin_25523:

I'd post something, but it's rather boring. Projects aren't all that exciting when it's basically a dedicated route.

I deliver down in Houston tomorrow. So I might see you at the yard if you're there and I get told to head there, which I probably will. Lol
