It really depends on in how good of shape you are and your capability to lift heavy weight. I'm 5'10 190lbs and managed to put 2 8' drop tarps about 100lbs onto the trailer yesterday, then once loaded put them on top of the load, which was just over my head. Spreading them out is the hardest part.. it's getting them up there thats the pain. If your mildly in shape you won't have a problem doing 1 to pass the test.

Sorry, I did get off track with what this thread was about.

I have a test comming up and it involves dragging a tarp

At this point, 100 lbs is something to consider.
Maybe JimTheHut can shed more light on this.
Thank you Mystikal , your input really helps .Guess I'm just nervous.

most of it is just streches and range of motion stuff. Then you have to pull on a torque wrench and push on one, it takes almost no effort to pass that part. Then the hard part you have to lift a 97lb tarp from the floor (properly useing your legs NOT your back) and put it on a shelf thats about 5' 5" or so off the floor, so for taller guys its easyer then us shorter guys.

Oh and you have to lift and put the tarp down like 3 times too then they measure your heart rate.
