I don't know what conversation your reading but it sounds like you and pattyj are from the same gene pool. What more details do you want. Like all the trainers sat/slept in the sleeper while I was driving. Or when I ask a question to the second trainer he would always give me some smart arse remark like I was dumb. Never once did I request a new trainer, that's just how my dice rolled. And what does driving and wanting to talk to my wife have to do with anything. Your seriously dumber than a bag of rocks. I seriously would hate to have a suppose trainer like you, since you common sence and reading level are not smarter than a 5th grader. And what are you doing hear putting your two cents in if you just a wannabe. You couldn't hack it.

Actually 21 years in the Army gives me the experience. Privates in the Army always make excuses when things do not go their way or when they do not accomplish a mission. But they never tell the entire story. And when you just said you would ask a question and ALWAYS get a smart ### answer like you were dumb. Maybe you took it too personal. And all the trainers sat or slept in the sleeper? Excuses, excuses, excuses. Just like a private.

    >And when you just said you would ask a question and ALWAYS get a smart ### answer like you were dumb. Maybe you took it too personal< .....Nah..I don't think so. This is usually a PUNKS way of tryin to get crazy, except be doesn't really have the balls to just come out & say what he wants to say. Say instead he says it in a round about way. You get this a lot when you're a rookie or a newbie, everywhere. I think it's actually natures way of letting the pipsqueek have his day in the sun. I hate people like this. I do think it's funny when they end up getting cracked tho.

    > And all the trainers sat or slept in the sleeper? Excuses, excuses, excuses< Thats not an excuse when you're supposed to be being trained by one of these windbags & you end up getting in a ditch somewhere. Its not an excuse when crackhead Joe want's to drives around the clock & make you piss in a bottle so you don't have to stop. What IS an excuse is when you do irresponsible things like that & then say its the trainee's fault. He didn't cough it up & stay in the truck when he needed a hospital or he didn't smoke enough crack to keep himself awake so he could go, go, go. :smt099

    > Excuses, excuses, excuses. Just like a private.< I got news for you Pal, this ain't the army. This is trucking, where you're driving something the side of a house down the road with the potential to kill thousands of people. One of them being me & I value my life so YOU stop making excuses for bad drivers!

    >They annoy me n plus I'm too much of a loner< I Love babies. At least it makes sense when they act like....indbusfor20yrs LOL

Well all I can say is I hope Pattyj or inbdusfor20yrs are not what would be known as SO-CALLED trainers..I was in the Military and went thru boot camp.. I really don't see Trucking and the Military as any kind of comparison.. But thats just me..

This is civilian life, not the military. If anyone talked to me the way a DI talked to a recruit they would eat their next meal thru a straw.

That being said, the other difference is most of thes so called "Trainers" have not been trained to train. In the military to achieve a rank with authority you have to complete NCO school where you learn how to train and command others.
