LOL Take the flat rate, "$60 per day", don't be in hurry 'cause, financially, Phase II @ .12c is gonna BREAK YA !!!
"2-3months" phase I sounds bit excessive, it will be more like 3-4 weeks MAX (assuming 750 - 1,000/day to 20,000k miles).
Sheeze have NIGHTMARES even thinking back on this, gotta be a BETTER WAY for you new kids !!
(ps: my phase II lease-op was BROKE entire time I was on truck; I HAD TO LOAN MONEY (once!) FEED HIM AS WELL !!! )

England will also be taking out deductions for misc items too during your phase 1. Basically you clear enough for food and some basic items,

I'm going to cre burns harbor, in. On 11/25/13. I thought it was nice that they gave me a chance after i worked for swift for 3 months and got fired for being late, 2 svc fails. My best friend found this site and we started searching cre, and she agrees with me when i say it doesn't look good, but i don't have alot of options at this point.i'm kinda worried about so much negative feedback, but i understand also that statistically the bad reviews are gonna be more common bc if you're with cre making money then you dont have time to blog bc youre driving.get fired bc you half-assed (nobody wants to admit that, but i did it at swift, it got me fired and i was still just as upset as these guys), and of course you're gonna be more apt to go home and write a bad review.i don't believe that this applies to everyone, numbers are too high something must not be right with this company.however, i'm a firm believer that if you go into something with a good positive attitude, be honest, and always do your best, you've got no reason to fail.i wont read posts that are just repetitive negative whining about how everyone got together one day and decided "lets ruin this guys life and career" (thats really what some of these guys sound like!), but any good, informative advice that might improve my cre experience would be greatly appreciated.thanks and have a great day!

If you deliver on time, don't argue with your dispatcher, and even do the crap loads you'll find any dispatcher after they find you are dependable will start treating you better. Don't expect that over night but maybe 2-3 months down the road. Just keep thinking about you are gaining experience. Get in the habit of showing up for loads at least a hour early if not two hours. Then you have some buffer time. Last minute drivers are always late here and there. -
