Back in 03 I went through with the mentor and quit because the other trainee was very racist. DM did nothing for the 2 weeks I was with him. After that I drove B class local till 12/10. I had to go to school again for a refresher course. So I am a newbie again. I am looking at Trans Am.

In the center eh? Did she get out and look? Or just whip it in and run over the idiot who walked behind her truck?

So, you never actually worked for Swift except for however much time you were with the mentor before quitting, 8 years ago.
You never "worked with Swift." That's like me saying I worked for the school district because I helped with a local school bake sale. 8 years ago.
For a month or more you've been asking questions about this, including in my own thread where it was explained to you by myself, Injun, and others how the mentor process worked.
You will have to be with a mentor for up to 240 hours based on the experience you have. After 50 hours you are expected to run as a team. The reason they do this is so you can get used to the feel of trip planning and running solo and gain experience while the mentor is still with you in case something unexpected comes up.
This was explained multiple times to you and is nothing new. You have no reason to complain except if you didn't do your research or didn't listen, especially since you ASKED about how this would work on this forum...and now you're slighted and surprised?
If you HAD the experience, it's entirely possible that you may have only had to go out for 50 hours and not the 240 so you would have never needed to worry about it, as it's not up to the person giving you your driving test - he just gives the test, and 7/10 people WILL be going out for the full 240. Did you even stay long enough to find out if you needed to go the full 240?
As far as sleeping in the same bed, I throw my sleeping bag and pillow on top of his bed when I sleep in the back. It's not that big of an issue.
Take note newbies, here's a great example of what NOT to do...Everett Thanks this. -

She backed in about 1/4 of the way and then got out and looked. There was a retaining wall at end of spot. She did not hit that. -

Well, sounds like you got yourself a test to see if you are going to give them 100% like you said and sounds like swift is giving you 100% of what they have.Ha!! (sorry)

.. i would think the mentor wouldnt run teams, new or not, for the first 50 hours..
after 50hrs it's up to the mentor to decide if he/she is comfortable enough to run team status..
I too had a hard time adjusting to the sleeping aspect of teams driving.. But once I ran my 11, and my brain shut down, hell I think you could have put me into a cement mixer and I wouldnt wake for ####...
I guess It's all what you want to put into something in the end.. If yer willing to push thru your personal issues(nothing bad implied) and stick it out for 50-240, whatever hours, Im sure the end result will be worth it.. As the old sayings go.. Rome wasnt bult in a day, took god 7 days to create the world, and I'm #### sure 240hrs wont create a trucker, so go out there, give it all yer worth and fail trying, so atleast you can say you did your best, right?
