No, I already had a chance on that. Moving one of the tracks. I told the lady I wouldn't risk getting stuck there for three days. Gonna have to pass.OLDSKOOLERnWV and cke Thank this.

Just had another guy apologize for the wait....but I didn't even wait! Got there, and he was unloading as fast as I could pop chains.

Weird. This is all heard. @D.Tibbitt could you translate for me?

I had a 3 day unload once for a single mis-loaded pallet at grocery. Real drivers go to grocery DC’s and then never go back. Just saying’

LOL, I don't even go grocery shopping. I couldn't imagine delivering. When I have to take a 30 minute break, I stare at my phone the last five minutes of pure agony as I wait to put the truck in gear. No way I could sit that long. A 34-hour reset has me acting like Tom Hanks in Castaway.staceydude, cke, D.Tibbitt and 5 others Thank this.

I have seen the Gals at the scales in Wisc call to verify there was a girl friend. While he was on the way to the truck to get the #, they were were talking about how dumb dies he think we are .

There are loaders that try their best to beat you putting up securement while they unload. It’s like “That truck behind you isn’t waiting on me driver”

. I love those challengesGod prefers Diesels, cke, beastr123 and 1 other person Thank this. -
I was at a Tractor Supply a few weeks ago just north of SLC. Called the day before early, and the guy told me, "You're gonna have to bring that the next day, I scheduled too many trucks".
Me being my impatient self told him quite politely, "I've got to reload in Cedar City, and be in Denver Friday morning, so that ain't gonna work. I'll see you around 10."
Showed up Thursday morning and he popped off, "You got cattle panels?"
I said "Yes Sir"
He said, " Well I'm really sorry it took us so long to unload you. We'll be right out"
I was out in 10 minutes
God prefers Diesels and cke Thank this.
