Good luck with that. My customers will straight tell you to call the broker you get the loads from, they dont have time to deal direct with an owner op.

Nope but if they tell me a carrier tried to back door me, rest assured i will file a report on 411, Assure and no load them in my system as it say very clearly in our contract that was signed you cant do dat. If its really bad, ill notify our legal team.

Think we did once. It was settled, if I'm recalling correctly. This was years ago, and not on one of my accounts.
