We have all had days like that and dispatchers with sarcastic attitudes that make you want to choke the sh** out of them... but we have good days as well. It will get better... just hang in there!

In a way I would have to agree the 1st year or driving is a "boot camp" of sorts. you are startin gout in a career that is an extremely time honored and extremly valuable part of our societies sucess as a whole. Uncertainty initially will be "overrun " w/ time behind the wheel and a culmination of your experiences and interactions w/ other drivers. I myself have just entered into the trucking industry but am going into this much like i did when i began my career in the military. Take in all the information and ask all the questions that you can. Remeber this if you have a question ask someone or another driver or trainer. Because the only Dumb question is one that could potentially end up causing an accident or worse. good luck and be safe.

This happens to the best of us and remember give it some time for it to improve. Finally, think positive and ask the wife for encouragement. A good support group of family members will help you out.

As the others mentioned, it can only get better. Glad you choose to hang in there.
