I'm
jumping ship from pam to usa because of the mandatory teaming policy

 

I was Grandfathered from that but I did understand all new hires had to team for 6 months.

I had any number of runs where a team would have made more sense!

 

Teaming only mandatory if someone lives in your area. Jumping ship just cause someone tells you have to team is crazy.

 

I was finally told to transfer to LTL division which is teams. And I am very much against being forced to team.

 

Oh my! You should actually LOVE Conway and Fedex! Lotta 2AM pickup 10AM delivery 600 miles away stuff! As a solo I rarely had time to piss on those runs!

 

I'm glad i don't get screwed over with those kind of runs and dm's.

 

not everybody likes to share a truck with a stranger.....
