    All that stuff is controlled through the BCM (Body Control Module). It's like an ECM for accessories. Either that box is bad, needs reprogrammed or there is a short like in the ignition switch or wiring harness that feeds it. It sounds like an experienced dealer mechanic needs to troubleshoot it. That isn't your average shop repair.

    Being the few reports on here there is probably a TSB on it.
