Revving up on its own sounds like a turbo seal failure which could have leaked oil on hot manifold.

Knock on wood, the trucks been running great since getting it back Monday. I’m staying out this weekend, since I will be taking an extended weekend next week for Labor Day. I’m booked up through Tuesday morning, and have a couple loads I’m eyeing to finish out the week.
It looks like that Hurricane could be a monster when it makes landfall, and if the models are correct it’s taking the same path Katrina did, not good. Be safe and watch the forecast if headed down that way. -
Things are still going good for me, just rolling along booking good paying freight and staying as busy as I want. In the last 6 days I’ve run 2142 miles and grossed $6539.02 to the truck. That’s $3.05 all miles, I’ll take it.
Speed_Drums, mushroom1464, kemosabi49 and 14 others Thank this.
