Yea, it's the same program that us xpress does, its terrible. All they're trying to do is get change your mind about teaming if you're wanting to be solo. They say that it is so y'all can help eachother or something like that, I don't buy it. When I went through it, it was 150 hrs and then you got your own truck, that simple. I don't know about the sign on bonus, I didn't get that. I know one thing, miles will not be a problem at all.
