Most guys do get their panties in a bunch when told they have to tarp a oversize round bales hay load, LMAO Don't worry they don't tarp big oversize round bales of hay only the smaller square bales, good quality horse hay than it's usually 8' drops. I don't believe PGT hauls hay? I could be wrong but don't think they run in those ares?? I advise you to go back over the past 20 pages of this thread, I think you will find all your answers your looking for and as far as I can tell PGT is top notch company. I like what I read.. I hope the original poster continues to keep everyone updated on his journey...

Just a friendly word of advice.

You may have trouble obtaining quality employment with that attitude.

I will update this weekend. Jst been running hard so I have not had much time to update. Everything is still going good and I am making really good money. Cleared 1k the last 2 weeks and it looks like it will not slow any time soon for me.

My buddy started there the week after Thanksgiving orientation and they seem to never have much for him to do. Maybe it depends on where you live, but he's had a pretty bad experience with them so far. Were you in that same orientation?

Yes who is he? I notice if you dont show initiative and make your loads on time they will back off and give them to other drivers, but I have been doing good. I dont think where you live plays too much into it besides getting you home.

This guy isn't like that, he was my best student at Roehl, he's a hard working mother trucker. Rather not say his name in public, Ill pm you.

I know who you are talking about now. Yeah he was a good dude and he already knew all the stuff. I am surprised he is having trouble. Maybe his dispatcher sucks, because the loads are there.
