My Lease Purchase is only a Lease with no purchase.

How do you sign a lease and not read it. What kind of lazy momma's boy BS is that.

 

There it is..one of those nasty comments I warned you about. I am sure you have learned many hard lessons from this experience. Always read every word of a contract. Your signature has value. If its too hard to understand get someone else (not the salesman!) To help you read it.
@nofreetime , I know its hard to believe, but young people today haven't even been taught how to write a check or count back change properly. The company preyed on this kid.

 

Also wanted to add that this very same company lost a major battle this week in the supreme court. I don't totally understand it. Something to do with how they now can't force lease operator's to do third party arbetration even when the contract says that. Point is, now would be a good time to leave and have less chance of them screwing you over.

 

Get someone else to sign the contract,then they can't pin it on you.Sorry,ate too many peanuts,errp!
