If you have a Ultra One card and call the customer service line it does go into the system to the GM, may never get a human response but it is documented and on file.

Sad part about reading these stories is we are surprised when we get an actual human response.
I was in the new flying j in fargo a couple months ago. Walked into the bathroom and it was beyond disgusting. Phone number was on the wall to call the regional manager if you have any issues.
I called and to my surprise the regional manager answered. There was a crew in there cleaning asapRedForeman and VisionLogistics Thank this. -
What a horrifying experience, VisionLogistics. It's unacceptable it took them THAT long to reply to you. What happened to companies priding themselves on GOOD customer service?

Since they don't want to for customer service, so we should go to their office noise. Our rights are protected by law. Last time I bought a batch of computer accessories in India, but their quality is very poor. So I have to go to their corporate offices in gurgaon. Later they for the money for me and give me compensation. To do so is not very difficult.

I've had problems at that same location. 1 hr wait for a shower, one guy doing his best to clean 5 showers , as well as do his other duties.
When I di get my shower, found the water to be less than luke warm. Went and asked to speak to the manager, after standing in line 10 min to get to the front of the line,(short handed) just to be told the manager was to busy to talk to me.
I too emailed TA and their regional manager called me back a couple of days later, and credited my card with a shower. -
nascarchuck Thanks this.

As others have stated, customer service has gone by the wayside like full service gas stations.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - it may not be the best job in the world, but it's a job that receives a paycheck. I've worked my fair share of not-so-great jobs in my time, but I've ALWAYS maintained poise and treated all customers with respect & dignity.
I'm not apologizing for this person, but I'm sorry that you were treated so poorly.VisionLogistics Thanks this.
