My LLC was set up in MO, can I use the EIN for a new LLC in Texas?

    Hello,
I had my first LLC set up in MO when I first leased on to Prime. I'm a Texas Resident.
Now that I'm setting up my own Trucking authority, I'd like to keep my LLC and set it up in Texas with my same EIN.
Can I do that without registering as a foreign entity?
Is this called domesticating my LLC?
I'd like to keep my existing business bank accounts Dunn # and business credit I've built up over the last 6 years.

EIN is federal. You get it from the IRS. Read through the paper they sent you, and there's nothing in there specific to a state. As far as the rest, I don't know.
