Here was the situation to begin with. I had the suspension dump switch flashing at me as it would in dump setting in either position but the bags stayed inflated. A problem I could live with, just couldn’t dump the air but better than the opposite problem. It was like this for months. I’d removed the toggles and tried to change setting by pushing the little micro buttons inside the circuit panel. No change no matter which I pressed, the green light continued to flash. So I figured I needed a new circuit box and picked one up. Ride with it a couple months then finally got around to replacing the old one a couple days ago. After carefully removing all three switches and all six bulbs and putting them in the new circuit panel I was pleased to see the lights lit when suppose to be lit and went off when switched in the other setting. In this case the suspension setting. Now, with it switched to dump let’s go back and see if it’s dumping the air bags. Pressed the tie of my boot into a bag, cool! It’s deflated. I switched it to suspension and it’s still deflated. Rats!
For those if you that ever went down the road with deflated bags and heard the horrible sounds coming through the floor when the drive line isn’t mostly straight you know this is worse than having bags that won’t inflate.
I removed the new circuit panel, put all the bulbs and toggle switches back in the old one hoping I’d return to the former state (filled bags and a flashing switch) but no, it’s same status as I have since replacing it with the new one. It lights up in dump and goes off in suspension but the bags won’t inflate. There’s no sound of air leaking anywhere. It’s just not telling whatever that electric circuit is suppose to tell to pour the air to the leveling valve.
Any suggestions that might help me resolve this problem is welcome View attachment 477508 View attachment 477508 View attachment 477508View attachment 477510 View attachment 477510

1st thing you need to do is ask one of the mods to delete the other 4 threads you started accidentally
Then I would find if that switch you've been massaging powers a soleniod and see if the soleniod is getting power and working correctly ..
Where its located on a prostar I couldn't tell you I would assume it located on the ride height valveKeepforgettingmypassword, 2016Lonestar and 88 Alpha Thank this. -
Multiple threads merged and closing so we can clean up the mess. Will re-open asap.

Sounds like a bad wire, weather in the solenoid or coming of a fuse box I dunno. But different switches and different problems. It's prolly a wire. Be sure to update the thread even if the guys here can't help you.
