A buddy of mine from orentinition is heading there tomorrow

 

My home time was supposed to end Saturday morning, but evidently it takes them nearly a week to get a Complete PM done and oh yes, my truck had to go to Cummins once again...so on the phone to my DM this morning and need him to get me at least a temporary truck, if I dont get anything today I can forget going anywhere till Thursday, really not happy with their maintenance people right now. I was over on my service, around 4,000 thanks to no reminders from my previous DMs (these things are ALWAYS going to be problematical when you have split DMs) and especially when the guy in service tells me that I may 'get dinged for equipment abuse'for going over.....amazingly I managed to keep my temper under control. Can anyone tell me why trucking companies (GTI are not alone in this) think it is OK to keep a driver out of action for close to a week for things like this? I cannot afford to sit around (even at home) like this. All I can say is they had better get me some layover pay for all this or I will not be happy!!!

 

And the coach for the Lions was one of those fired on Black Monday. Good. Whoever replaces Schwartz needs to fire Offensive Coordinator Scott Linehan right away.

 

Heading for Sydney NE. Not bad for first load out of the gate over 1000 miles just hope they aren't setting me up. LOL

 

OK, I have to ask...who on earth are all of those????

 

Still waiting to get out of the house!!! So far my truck is still at Cummins and at the moment the plan is to get me to Sikeston,MO where there is a truck to be recovered apparently. So we will see tomorrow.

 

I do not allow myself to drive this truck with too fast of music on. There is no Governor and I would end up in jail and unemployable/uninsurable
