Headed to Russellville for two picks and then to La Porte, TX for Thursday. Big week. Smh.
-
I should start moving in the morning.... figure will be stuck running crappy midwest stuff to help catch up from the weather...not making any money this time out with the holidays and now this.....
Think i will just go home and start all over again.... -
Still a nice looking rig, tow. Even without the reefer unit.

Five days and a wakeup. Then...Reeferville, here I come! -
Headed off to La Porte, TX where it will be 70!!! Yay a day without freezing. Lol we will see what will come from there.

Yep spending the night in chicago drop yard. was supposed to get a trailer from here but the truck that brought it in will not start. So he cant drop it. I have the feeling that this trip is gonna be a wash. slow miles and bad weather are not cutting it. Well im out here until the 30th so hope it gets better soon. If I get by Indy yard the week of the 20th I will have to check in and see if they have a OLD fart in class.

Yippee! Travel orders received. Depart Sunday on Amtrak bound for Indianapolis! < doing my happy dance >
(Assuming, of course, that the weather cooperates. We're supposed to get 1 inch of rain starting tomorrow, but the temperature is not supposed to be much above freezing, so the roads might be almost impassable; betting on good weather is not a good bet. I've called the cab companies and they won't take reservations for early morning pickups until 24 hours before departure and won't promise that anyone will even be here at that time. Darn this extreme weather.)
