My new adventure with Gordon Trucking

Welcome to my world. It's full of 'New Guy First Time Doing This First Time Here' mistakes. Aren't they delicious?

 

I had forgotten about Northern California drivers. They drive like maniacs but are very polite, use their signal properly, and don't seem to feel the space between my truck and the vehicle in front of me is space to be filled by them. A pleasant surprise. But their "35" going up and down Donner is more like my 60...just sayin'

 

Saturday morning and time to make the next leg of my journey eastward. Next stop, somewhere before Rawlins, Wyoming, since I only have about 9 hours on my 70.

Well... I'm kind of a righty.. sort of...

conservative on fiscal issues .. ie.. don't like the government wasting tax money...

but I don't give a flip on social issues.. I just think everyone should stay out of everyone else's business..

bible thumpers upset me because they are always complaining about their rights but think nothing about trampling on the rights of others... religion of any kind makes me physically ill.. it's a mental disease. .

but that's just me. ...
