Heartland, post all you want. Just don't start dictating the conversation. You're not recruiting here, we already are drivers/ were drivers.

I think it would be more appropriate for you to post here.

I do have to say this about my own exposure to the field-level people in the HEIA organization: they are absolutely marvelous. I met the terminal manager in one of the two Dallas terminals today and he got up from his busy computer, took me over to the shop, introduced me to the shop manager and asked him to turn the wash bay on for "this nice Gordon driver." Jerry had a very firm handshake, which I like...even with CTS, which makes a strong squeeze hurt. A lot.

Maybe I was expecting fangs or something and maybe all this 'nice guy' action is just to suck me in. If so, well, they succeeded. Phoenix, Dallas, Columbus, and even the terminal at the Mother Ship in North Liberty have people that are just the nicest in the world.

I just don't want to drive one of their trucks.

AND now if my part of the company would just fix my APU...

Strange name, nice place. Big, too. Heck, they probably think it's some kind of conspiracy...one GTI driver shows up, introduces himself, speaks nicely to the management about an OOS trailer and spends a little time walking around, then goes through the car wash twice and disappears, followed closely by another GTI driver.

Tomorrow brings me one day closer to home.. my dm told me today that since I wasn't going to have any hours this weekend that he wanted me to take a few days off and rest. Then let him know when I was coming back out.

3 weeks today and 9k miles.. recap running low... gotta squeeze it a little harder...

    DenaliDad Thanks this.
