    Well.... I been reading your post closely Victor, and Joseph's as well. As i mention in my first post i have then apply for a driver position at Gordon Trucking. i'am now set for orientation next week at Indiana...

    Gordon has a very solid reputation on the industry and i think it can be a good fit for an experience driver.

    I have over 18 years of experience and will give it a shot a the blue smurf! Everything is set for me starting on Monday.

    my journey will assert on Victor's experience or Joseph experience. and i will keep you all post of my progress as faster an accurate as possible.

    I had sign on the Control temp Division.... Wish me luck.... Any questions or advise will be appreciated very much from any Gordon's Drivers...:biggrin_25524:

    You'll love the equipment over here. Nice stuff. Not base model stuff. A lot if the terminals are great too. Not sure about Indy since I haven't been there. I imagine you're starting out pretty good too.

    Hi Joseph;

    I'll know all the details as orientation progress in regards my starting pay.... My recruiter stand my starting pay per miles at the .40's cents or higher, but i don't know was the final thought on that, just yet. They looking on some papers and employers to decide the mileage pay.... but .40 cents plus all the accessories along the way..... its not bad... hope go through orientation just fine....

    and see what happens....
