    Funnee! NoCoCraig, MJ1657 and Bumper have all of this to offer about Gordon L/Os themselves:

    L/Os at Gordon make about $1/mile, take time off they want and don't have to worry about Gordon loaning their truck out after 48 hours per the Drivers Manual. And they're buying (gaining equity in) a truck.

    I can't speak about L/O's although I know there are quite a bit here. I've talked to one and he seemed pretty happy. From what I know of it, it's a regular lease purchase that you go through VFI for. The trucks are mostly older GTI trucks and some others. GTI trucks are well maintained and aren't regular fleet trucks, they are a bit nicer when it comes to specs. It is not pushed, rather mentioned, and that's it.
