I have one crazy headlight and fiberglass damage remaining from a deer strike. Ho hum. All in a night's work.

I met and talked with a very nice solo female company GTI driver at the Brazil, IN, Pilot a while ago. She had nice things to say about the company, its policies, and how the drivers are treated, which pushes it up the list of potential Final Employers. So far, I have not heard any of them say anything bad about GTI. I'll keep asking. There MUST be some unhappy campers with reasonable unhappiness. The company can't be be this good.
Or can it...? -
I used to manage a factory in tennessee and my guys complained the whole time. 14 years after going out of business they all say they never had it so good back then.
While this is not what i prefer to be doing i am grateful for the ability to make a living and take care of my family.
I suppose during the wpa days many of those men felt alone and abused but they did what they had to do to provide. -
I enjoy working here. The trucks are well equipped, the terminals are well equipped, the pay is good and correct and the miles are strong. No company is perfect. But Gordon seems like they strife for driver satisfaction. Not everyone will like it. But for many, it's a very good place to work.
