My new adventure with Gordon Trucking

I remember when covenant bought harold ives... my trainer with covenant came over from harold ives.. great trainer.. their pay was way above covenants and initially he stayed the same but when they cut it he was gone...

 

Well.. I am tired of thinking about all this right now...

Tomorrow will bring more uncertainty I am sure and more unanswered questions..

But for now I bid you all a good nights rest...

Wow... I had a terrible dream last night...

I dreamed Gordon was bought by heartland express and I needed to find a new job...whew....

Ahhh crap.... still dreaming. .. can't wake up from this nightmare...

Someone please say it isn't so.....

 

I had this same nightmare almost 1 year ago when our merger went down. Just An advanced warning,:its going to suck for a while. These things never transition smoothly.

 

ahhh heartland, empty at 0600 sit all day to 1800 get a last min dispatch delivering 500 miles away the next morning.

 

Conference call just completed.

WOW this has got to be the worst timing in history. I looked at this company then took the plunge. I do have to say that I will wait and see what happens. I only need from 2 to 4 years then I can retire. I hope this works for the best but if not then I can always find another job..
