For someone that lives in CA.. how do you get home? I'm looking at their terminal locations and they are all in the on the east side of the country. How does this work?

 

Like most large carriers. Terminals are not the only place where there are tractors and trailers. There may be Service Yards and Drop Yards everywhere.

 

We're not based around fixed terminals. To get home, you let your Fleet Manager know when and where you want to go. He arranges a load that delivers near your chosen destination as close to when you want to be there as possible. You run the load, deliver, drop the trailer at a predesignated spot, and bobtail to where you want to be. You may have to work on where to park your tractor... that can be an issue sometimes. When you're ready to come back out, the process is reversed.

I'm sure no news isn't good news . He seems to have been swallowed into that black hole many of these wannabes with so much self confidence disappear in .
