Start with the easiest thing first have you had your steer tires balanced

    That's not kosher driver.
What Bakerman said, or something simply isn't tightened properly in one of the steering components. You need to go by a dealer and get it figured out though, before something snaps or you do excessive wear to something that shouldn't.

That's unacceptable. I only needed 5 seconds of that to put that thing OOS. Fix immediately at a proper shop. Whatever the root cause.

    KB3MMX and LumbraX Thank this.

Had the same problem recently at certain speeds; (50-55mph & 65-67mph worst) inner steer belt had broken along with loosing some wheel weights.

New steer + balance & alignment = perfection.

    KB3MMX Thanks this.

Take it back to dealer and get it fixed.
    Before something terrible happens.
IF it is not from the steering axle.
Maybe your rear axles are out of line.
You say it is jumping. I would look at the drive train. Any noises, grinding, metallic grating. Maybe the rears are not in time with each other and one has to spin in place to catch time with the other. This would cause the jumping. Or maybe a rear gear is just binding inside the housing. Axle bearing. I am just guessing. Hard to tell without actually driving the truck.
New truck I would definitely take it back to dealer immediately and get it fixed. This should be covered under your warranty.
    Good luck.
