Check driveline angles on drive shaft. There is a computer program that senses every vibration in a truck, as every part spinning makes a unique vibration frequency. Have heard Homer Haug talk about this on the radio. He has taped weights onto different parts and the computer finds it everytime. It is an advanced program, not available everywhere.

Jack up the front end, check your kingpins for play in all directions, check your wheel bearing adjustment. Set it down and check your tie rod/drag link ends for play. Check steering box for play. Also check and see if you have enough caster. Caster is usually set with wedges between the spring pack and axle. If everything checks out, check to see that tires aren't flat spotted, out of round or out of balance.

I'm having a similar problem, but my 2017 mainly shakes when braking. New hubs, slack adjusters and brake shoes on the steer axle and it still does it. One steer tire went bad at 62000 miles after being balanced twice. I'm sure it was caused because of this problem.(ate the cost of new steers) Going back to the dealer on fri for another look. They will fix this problem, don't care if they have to replace every part on this truck. For the price of a new truck it should be perfect. will let you know if they find something.
