excellent advice. too much behind the back phone calls in this industry. we have experienced drivers call the office behind your back and lie for brownie points.
if you got a problem with a driver talk man to man first. you might help him and he continue supporting his family

 

I wld have never went to dispatch without telling him how I feel first. I just wanted to know if I was wrong before expressed how I felt about the issues. Thanks for the advice. I will definitely start there.

 

You're not wrong at all. The guys doing the training need feedback too... and the only practical way they're going to get it in this system is from the trainees.

 

Could anybody share inf. about the physical at prime.
