My Prime INC Experience. (A Running Log)

I have to see about getting another trainer this guy is a real a $$ hole. He gets pissed over everything.

Still stuck in Colorado quite honestly I will be happy to hit Kansas tomorrow. Drove over some big mountains today and I am getting much better on my driving. The tension has eased up quite a bit and my trainer is not being such a hard a $$ I will keep you posted on that but management is watching him now.

 

...better news. ..maybe it's his style of teaching.
Some people need that pressure. Maybe that's
how he learns best.

 

What does the cardio stress test consist of? Just curious, as I am going to orientation on the 28th of May.

 

That is something I had to do on my own before I went to prime because I had a heart surgery in the past.

 

why do trainers have to be pricks? i trained for 10 years and never raised my voice or cursed, i could be just as effective making a point in a stern voice. i think these companies should do a psychological profile on these guys before letting them deal with people, i always reminded my trainees that i was once in their situation, it made them feel more relaxed, i never had a driver i couldnt train, now back to regular programming.

 

Some folks think the way you do. Some folks are big carrier trainers.
