    Your first several checks will not be super duper. Just stick with it. About a month in to solo, when your dispatcher fully has trust in you, you'll start noticing a steady increase in paycheck size.

    Are you sitting alot at terminals waiting on loads, or are you sitting a lot at pick up areas waiting for loads or them to unload your trailer being a Refer driver??

    Only people who routinely make me wait are Tyson facilities, and they pay detention- plus my dispatcher often throws me a little extra, particularly over the weekend.

    Do they use the standard height and weight to determine BMI? If you put in my height and weight every scale says I am obese but I only have 18% body fat so I am far from obese. Do they take that into account?

    It goes by bmi, neck measurement, weight and I think one more thing if you fail 2 then you have to take a study

    Thanks for the information. My biggest fear is getting fat while driving. Hopefully I can have a juicer, plenty of jerky, almonds, and ice water. Gimme a way to make BLTs an I am golden!
