    According to the website and my recruiter, it is 600.00/12cpm (which ever is greater) a week for staring with no CDL.

    After the two or three weeks it will take for you to earn your CDL, until then you aren't an employee and there's no paycheck. Once you have the license in hand, you'll be hired at that PRE-TAX rate.
