I have complaints, but the good far outweighs the bad.

That's anywhere in any job. I've been here over six years, and I can say the same thing.

Prime definitely had higher reviews and way more drivers that were happy or atleast content. Itw very rare someone has a job that is perfect in all aspects. Its good to here when people say the good out weighs the bad. Anyway on the gray dog now headed to MO

Ok a piece of advice that I had to learn the hard way. Dont put up with a trainer that is verbally abusive and only uses you as a steering wheel holder. I finally got ahold of my fleet manager and they are scrambling to get me a new trainer as soon as next week. Until then I am going to enjoy some extended home time with the family. 10k miles down and 20k more to go.

    BigJayDragon Thanks this.

My trainer had multiple personalities. Really when I started off on his truck it was good he was very positive but then he just started being very verbally abusive calling me stupid and even told I got paid to drive and not think. Just couldnt deal with it anymore.

So if there is a legitimate complain against a trainer...does anything happen to the trainer?
