That was an exaggeration, right? I've heard people call OTR trucking a minimum wage job, but that's below minimum wage while the wheels are turning!
-
10cpm was not an exaggeration. Carolina Cargo really pays this. Call and ask.
-
Incredible. I felt sorry for a driver with a recent DUI who told me the company that put him on paid him $0.24 per mile. Is it 10cpm for all the truck's miles anyway, or just your own miles? Are you still earning while the co-driver is driving?

As somebody who has driven a bus in and out of NYC many times I hope the reality lives up to your dream. Personally, I would rather get a peanut butter enema than do it again but everybody has their own dreams. I am happy to hear you turned your life around and I wish you the best.
Bob Dobalina and mjfreespirit Thank this. -
With the right attitude... nothing can get in your way. Time and action are all it costs.mjfreespirit and Rock 'n Roll Relocater Thank this.

20cpm split to the team.

On a scale of 1-10, that write up was a 10! Well done! Mods, I'd recommend a sticky until someone else comes up with a better one,
Lepton1 and mjfreespirit Thank this. -
20cpm split should be a federal offense.
That's $1000 SPLIT , $500 each, for a 5000 mile turn to the west coast from CLT.
I get $2,500 to do it by myself.
That is ridiculous.BostonTanker, Lepton1 and Pure.Genius Thank this.
