my swift recruiter isnt answering her phone

So she isn't too Swift?

 

I think if she doesn't call you back it's because she is nt interested in talking to you i had a prime recruiter turned me down and he ask me if i was a jumper because i work for 3 company in 7 months and he told me prime is not interested in someone like me i was like and i was happy since it was going to be the biggest mistake in my life if i worked for prime. things happen for a reason look somewhere else

I agree. Just dial *67 and then the number and see if she picks up.

 

Good possibility that she is no longer with the company, I can't imagine that they treat the recruiters any better than the drivers when it comes to pay. I would just contact another Swift recruiter and not look back if that is where you want to apply, they have a turnover of recruiters I am sure.

 

3 companies in 7 months does raise a red flag, somewhat questionable.

7 months divided by 3 companies = 2 and 1/3 months per company, not a whole lot of time per company.

Swift Transportation, out of Phoenix Arizona, probably gets THOUSANDS of applications a day. Therefore, it may take awhile for your application to be processed. That is a lot of work for the recruiters on hand.
