my swift recruiter isnt answering her phone

If you are not worth SWIFT calling you back.... You wont get a job at Billy Bobs Burger Box....

They will call eventually. There are guys sitting in SWIFT trucks waiting for SWIFT to call them back a week later.

 

Look up main number for recruiting on website and talk to someone else. Mine gave me her cell #.

 

I never answer calls from blocked numbers, if you have to hide your number then your not worth my time.

 

She got married and got transferred if its the same lady were thinking of. TN accent. When I went to Swift a couple of years ago, it was jones and she was out of Phoenix; before that Memphis TN.

 

The same thing happened to me and when I talked to another recruiter I found out the original recruiter was on maternity leave.

 

Not a very nice "assumption". It could have been a simple miscommunication. NOT good to bad mouth the guy. He just had a simple question.

 

I had the same issue with Werner (no i'm not going with them, just intrested in there rate/miles). I talked a recruiter, then she said she would call me back. She never did so I called back 2 days later 3 times and she wouldnt pick up.

I simply called werner and asked to speak to another recruiter because mine wouldnt answer and suprise suprise, she picked up....ended up being .32$ a mile at 2500miles a week supposedly....not bad but surely a lie on the miles from what I hear.



I would take it as a sign of how they run there company when you cant get a hold of a recruiter whose sole purpose is to recruit.

She sent me an orientation packet and and pre-hire letter which Ill just save for toilet paper....

 

Sorry about that. I gotta stop taking lady Swift recruiters home from the bar, they keep leaving their cellphones.

Yeah she kinda mentioned she had a husband but I told her if I wanted a life story I'd watch the biography channel.
