I am moving forward... I just know my odds with a company the size of Heartland, and I'm done driving for a megacarrier if I don't have to. Not that any megacarrier would hire me after the biggest of them all canned me. It's a nice healthy dose of cynicism, it is.

Also, one is allowed to use joke names for different carriers. I mean, seriously. It's ####in' hilarious to call the pumpkin "Schnooder" from time to time, for example.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have an interview to get to and a fuel route to plan for my upcoming siesta in the desert... which may or may not involve me confronting my former employer in hopes of retrieving my belongings. It's a #### good thing most of the other terminals have had about as much of Phoenix's #### as the drivers have, otherwise I never would've been able to get in touch with the recovery driver to enlist their help

I haven't commented on my employment status yet because there's still quite a bit up in the air. Got interviews for days, and I'm still putting out applications. I'll let y'all know when I shake hands with someone over an offer of employment. In the meantime, though, I'm working the problem

Tailgating implies not backing off at all, whether you're cut off or not. I got cut off and backed off, but not fast enough for Swift's liking. You'd know this if you actually READ the thread
