My Tenure is Over

    Funny.
    My dad had a nickname for his boss at Untied Airlines... Turkeyneck.

    And, not angry. Just a bit miffed, because people always seem to single out Swift.
    Easy target?
    Because I see SO many other drivers from companies, many of which are independent, that are even worse than anything I have seen someone at Swift doing.

    Why the rag on Swift?

    Swift isn't any worse than all the other bottom-feeders. In the 90's, JB Hunt was the whipping boy of the trucking world.

    They were running JB Hunt trucks off the road in those days. Swifties got it easy

    If memory serves..... Didn't they Start Fires to JB Hunt Trailers up there in Canada in the early 90's??

    They have lots of trucks so You’re guaranteed to see something stupid every day

    They’re slow

    I dint remember the fires but they were running them off the road in the late 80’s according to what I heard in the Radio at least. it must have worked because they went away and to this day I don’t see many of them.

    I bet next you will tell me they have ugly wimmin drivers too. lol

    Oh Yeah,Somewheres around Hamiltom/Toronto Area, Or more towards Detroit cant remeber I want to say- It was a Huge Deal there- Made the news down here....I wanna say it was possibly JB Intermodal trailers,..

    I remember when I started driving in 01 it was the orange trucks that were the butt of everyone's jokes.

    There were tons of them running up and down Hwy 401 for a while but there's not nearly as many now. Not sure why
