Can’t legally PC from the receiver to home but I do believe you can legally PC from your terminal , )where you have been relieved of duty) to your residence .
My terminal is in memphis Tn and i live in clarksville,tn about 4 hour drive. Can i PC home legally

Read the guidance and the faq and it's very obvious on the intent. With two exceptions (getting kicked out of a shipper/receiver and being told to move by an officer) PC can really only be used if one can do the exact same thing in their personal vehicle. Anything outside of that officers will be looking into it and possibly writing citations.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
Find out what your company policy for PC is...
Some don't allow it
Some have time limits (1-3 hr)
Some have milage limits
Just because the reg's say you can doesn't mean the company will let you.

Trucking companies can have stricter rules, such as "no PC with a trailer" or "no PC over 30,60, etc minutes."
