I know YRC and Central Freight are the bottom feeders....didn't think SAIA was. Heard they paid close to what LTL pays. Not as good as OD and Estes, but a few pennies less.

I’m with Reddaway , and we still make fun of YRC. Team Driving and Combo Driving . The guy who posted this thread posted it like he was smarter than the guys who didn’t cover his bid . Half your day at 18-20 dollars an hour on the dock , sweating or freezing then 75 bucks for a 150 mile run . Nah

    Edit . 12 hours a day he’ll make about 250 bucks . Maybe .

Line obviously doesn't work at saia considering he's putting out bad information. If he did, he would know that we have part-time and full-time dock workers who do 97% of the dock work, and dockwork pays $25.87/hr for linehaul drivers in the rare case they have to work the dock at a "dark" terminal, and city drivers get paid their even higher city rate. He would also know that the driver cams are being phased out and the new cams are only being used for accident reviews.

Let's be accurate with the information we're putting out here.

Thank you for the heads up on the drive cams brtecson, I honestly haven't been informed about that yet, although they mainly have me running a 16 Volvo with drive cam in it, they did have me run a 19 cascadia on two occasions and it had the new lytx cam in it, never did figure out if it recorded anything or not, all those green lights just stayed green the whole time!
