    I recently applied for this company they seem like a good company! So what is a hair follicle test? Do they take hair from your head or what?

    Yes they check your hair to see if you have used drugs recently.

    Yes they still have the simulator. (completely stupid) and the hair follicle test they shave half your #### arm and send it off to be tested. If you don't have arm hair they'll take it from somewhere else.

    Done correctly, it's not really falsifying, it's just taking advantage of the "loopholes". And there is a certain personal satisfaction in "stickin' it to The Man". :biggrin_25517:

    Plus it's not the 11 hour drive time clock that gets close at the end of the day it's the 14 hour clock. Always sitting for hours to get loaded and unloaded...
