Many private businesses do not want semis at all for a variety of very good reasons.

If that is going to cost the 4900 dollars to teach you to stay out of private property then so be it.

I am not against you, there was a time you could stick that semi wherever, those days are gone forever long before you came along. I don't know about the firing part. That depends on them. In the past when you do this or do that you are gone. No job. But once in a while something like this happens and they keep you around. Who knows.

What you probably will want to consider seriously is abject profuse apologies and a dozen roses to the owner of that truck you caused to lose alot of money parking there. Maybe not the roses but you see where I am going with that.

I was in sleeper. In NC.My delivery was 6am .I had only four hours to sleep. So i thought i will get up soon and deliver it .Bcz the place was only three miles away.
Iam not defending it.but they should atleast told me to go away and don't come back or something.
Because when police came and show me the no parking sign it was only one in parking lot and written really small that i couldn't read it without glasses.

If you're company has a major problem over it, gladly inform them if they issue you a letter on company letterhead stating it's ok to violate the fmcsr regulations on hos, you'll gladly comply.

Otherwise it's just an expensive parking, tow ticket

Some states allow a property owner to grant the police dept the authority to patrol parking lots. I would be willing to bet that a cop had you towed. I'm sorry this has happened to you, however, you can't use the FMCSA HOS rules to defend this.
