I have the same truck. Exatly the same things happening to me, except the shaking and the noise.
Check light: If lights are fine and this still comes up, it might be from replacing a regular ligtwith an LED light. If this is the case, you have replaced an LED light, you need to change the wiring to get rid of the signal, if not, still ok.
Check engine ECU: my truck shows this as a false alarm, it can be from the light issue also. Computerdiagnose it. Can be serious.
As for the gauges: try turning on and off the truch multiple times in a row. Sometimes it takes up to 7- 8 shutting on/off. It works for me. If this doesn't work, you have to replace the whole "dash" part. Volvo parts, yes it is expensive.
As for the shaking, need to check it. Does it shake when the engine is warmed up too or only when you first start it? -
Thanks man! But yeah I have purple lights above my head maybe that's the problem. Thank you!

My former truck was a 2011 Volvo 780 with an isx cummins that had a persistent light control module fault. The only problems I found were the DRLs were inoperative and the sleeper swich for the dome lamp would not turn on the lamp, only turn it off. All other lamps worked fine.

Oh ok! Got you! But what could be the ecu problem?

The shaking could be from a bad Harmonic Balancer . Other things it Could be : bad injector, bad actuator , there are 2 for each bank of three cylinders . One controls timing , the other controls amount of fuel and , finally , rail pressure.
The check engine could be any number of things . Unless you have access to a notebook computer , with INSITE installed on it , you'll have to take it to a shop , have them check for codes.
If that's all you have them do , shouldn't cost more than one hour labor.
I don't know specifically about Volvos , but KW wiring harnesses do Not use waterproof connectors for the electrical plugs to the engine sensors . They use a rubber boot over them . If the boot is missing , or cut , you could be getting water or oil , or fuel , in the electrical connection , depending on which sensor it is . That will cause a check engine light.
Are your gauges all electric ? Even the air tank gauge ? I'd look for a bad ground , first. -
Thanks man!

IMO. Bad engine ECM wiring......
Volvovnl670 Thanks this. -
especially J1708 twisted pair and corroded ECM power supply fuse in battery box.
Volvovnl670 Thanks this.
