N14 celec plus, all 6 injectors under 60 at cutout test, 433 code

So we are getting a code 433 on our 00 int 9400 w/n14 celec plus

did a cut out test and all 6 injectors get below 100

between 60-50
Also getting a 433 code, boost pressure sensor
Suddenly it began doing it, getting a new sensor later today and trying that
Seems to me that all 6 injectors failing should be a cause from the 433 problem, not the injectors

Anybody had dealt with something similar ??
