    Hey guys
We own a towing company and we had eventually impounded and now own a 1995 Freightliner FL120 that was in an accident and a company which shall remain nameless told us to eat the truck.

We plan on fixing the truck (body work, bell housing on the transmission), but some great person cut and stole the ECM off of the motor.

We are purchasing a new ECM for the engine as these engines are known for their power but all of the wires are white and are numbered to a specific circuit on the truck.

Can anyone provide me a sense of directions for where to find a more in-depth wiring diagram?
NOTE: Cummins and our local freightliner dealer do not have any information on a truck's diagrams

As far and the engine wire harness, I highly recommend to install a complete new wire harness from Cummins. By the time you fix all the wiring and re-pin the connectors, then screw around with electrical gremlins forever, you'll wish you just replaced the whole harness. As far as he cab OEM harness to the engine, try another a dealer. They certainly do have the information, but are just too lazy to get it for you. This truck is a bit older, so someone may have to physically dig through books to find the information, therefore requiring someone's time. I recommend a visit in person, do not call. This would be something we would do for you for a round of coffee's.

if wires are cut they are too short to fit new terminals and put in connector body

    So there are two ways.

    1. Cheap - purchase connectors with tails and connect wires one by one with glue heat shrink tubes.

    2. Medium - get used wiring harness on JY from any Celect ECM

    3. Purchase new wring harness.

Diagrams are easy to get. Just google for Celect diagrams

Try contacting The Glider Kit Specialists | Fitzgerald Glider Kits

They deal with assembling glider kits and they should know everything about wiring up a N14.
